We stand behind the objects we restore, design, and source. Every lighter purchased from Zaidi’s comes with a limited lifetime guarantee. If something goes wrong, ship it back or bring it by the shop, and we’ll work to bring it back to life.

Lucky Bags, Candy, any scratches or blemishes to the lighters, ashtrays, cigarette cases and table sets.

Send an email to zaidisnyc@gmail.com with an image of your lighter and details on what is happening to your lighter. Have you refilled it? Does it spark? We will either work through the problem with you or have to see it in person to bring it back to life.

We offer refunds on only Zaidi’s branded lighters within 30 days of delivery.
Once you purchase an antique from us, we can fix it if there are ever any problems, we do not offer refunds on antiques.
